Ashley’s journey is rooted in discipline, creativity, and a lifelong passion for excellence. Raised in the Pittsburgh area, she graduated from college as an All-American tennis player before dedicating six years to a career in elementary education. In 2011, after beginning her family with her husband, Andrew, Ashley stepped away from the classroom and redirected her focus toward another meaningful passion: home.
What began through designing and building her own custom homes quickly evolved into a multifaceted career shaped by hands-on experience in custom construction, large-scale renovations, distressed property transformations, client design projects, and real estate. As a wife and mother of three, Ashley spent over a decade building not only homes, but an exceptional foundation of expertise—combining design vision, practical functionality, and strategic market insight.
In 2023, Ashley opened her design studio in Wexford, Pennsylvania, creating a dedicated space where creativity, collaboration, and elevated design come together. Today, the studio serves as both the heart of her growing full-service firm and a welcoming environment where clients can thoughtfully explore and develop their unique projects.
With more than 16 years of design experience, Ashley specializes in creating spaces that are both beautifully refined and highly functional—whether through space planning, furnishings, kitchen and bath remodels, new construction, or thoughtfully curated room refreshes. Her philosophy is grounded in the belief that exceptional design should feel inspiring, approachable, and transformative—proving that even the most meaningful changes often begin with thoughtful simplicity.
As the daughter of a trim carpenter, Jennifer's passion for interior design was ignited at a young age. Growing up in her fathers' workshop and on construction sites, these experiences taught her the importance of trades working together and how critical clear communication and organization are to each project.
A former fitness instructor and mother of four amazing children, ages 21-10, Jennifer appreciates how families needs change over time, and that quality design can grow with you. Jennifer, with her husband Michael, built two custom homes and renovated many more over the years. Jennifer is passionate about creating neat and functional spaces that evolve with families throughout their journey. She loves bringing new energy to an old space and helping clients to fall in love with their home again.
Kelly’s love for interiors began at a young age, constantly reimagining spaces and finding beauty in the details that make a house feel like home. She believes a thoughtfully designed home should not only reflect the people who live there, but also create a sense of comfort, pride, and ease in everyday life.
Before graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas at El Paso with a degree in Marketing, Kelly served as President of the American Marketing Association and represented the United States in the Mrs. World competition. Her professional background spans both design and corporate leadership, bringing a unique blend of creativity, organization, and client-focused service to every project.
Kelly began her career with Ferguson Enterprises, helping clients design kitchens and baths before transitioning into corporate recruiting and leadership roles. After dedicating time to raising her family, she returned to her passion for interiors with Ashley Wozniak Design.
Today, Kelly brings warmth, experience, and a refined eye for detail to every space she designs, creating homes that feel elevated, welcoming, and deeply personal to each client.

As someone who would scour the family home for décor to decorate her own room, Kelly’s love for beautiful spaces began at a young age. All things home continue to make her happy, and she believes your home should not only reflect your life and family but be the place you feel most comfortable and proud. Before graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas in El Paso with a BBA in Marketing, Kelly was the President of the American Marketing Association and represented the United States in the Mrs. World competition of 1996.

After studying marketing at WVU and the University of Pittsburgh, Maria built her early career across major cities—from New York to Los Angeles—partnering with a variety of lifestyle and creative brands. Along the way, she discovered a natural pull toward storytelling, visual identity, and shaping how people connect with a brand. Now settled back in Pittsburgh and a mom of two boys, Maria brings those experiences to Ashley Wozniak Design. Creativity has always been at the heart of who I am. From an early love of color, crafting, and fashion, I developed a deep appreciation for design that naturally evolved into a lifelong passion. What began as a personal interest grew into a clear career path, and sometimes I still can't believe I get to do this as my job.
In 2015, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from La Roche University. Since then, my focus has been in residential design, with a particular passion for kitchens and baths. These are the most lived-in spaces in a home, and I’m inspired by the challenge of making them both highly functional and deeply personal. I’ve always had a fascination with cabinetry and enjoy the details that bring practicality and beauty together. What I love most about my work is collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life, creating spaces that not only meet their needs but feel like home. I've been blessed with some very unique experiences and enjoy working on all types of projects with a diverse range. I've met some of the most wonderful people over the years. There's something so special about someone inviting you into their home and getting to know them throughout a project. Each design has taught me something that I can bring to future clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy sewing and creating decorative home items, reading a good book, walking and trail hiking, and most recently, decorating my first home and thinking of future projects with my husband, Jerry. Whether I'm designing for a client or our own space, I find joy in the little details of a home.
Born and raised in the Pittsburgh area and a proud graduate of North Allegheny High School, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and have held a variety of roles—from working in education to ultimately finding my passion in real estate.
I’m married to my husband, Rich, and we’re incredibly proud of our two amazing children who have both gone on to become doctors. Family and community have always been at the heart of everything I do.
Giving back is a core value in my life. I actively volunteer with several organizations, including the American Heart Association, UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, and the March of Dimes. For the past five years, I’ve also had the honor of serving on the board of the Northwood Charitable Foundation—the philanthropic arm of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty.
In my real estate career, I take pride in connecting people with not just a house, but a space they can truly call home. Whether helping clients find the perfect place or ensuring they get top value when selling, I go the extra mile to make the process smooth, rewarding, and memorable. Seeing the joy on my clients’ faces is what drives me every day.
As part of my commitment to giving back, I make a charitable donation with every transaction—because helping others is just as important as helping you move forward.
Ashley’s journey into the world of design began with a deeply personal passion: home. During a transformative season of marriage, motherhood, and building her first custom home, she discovered not only a love for beautifully designed spaces, but also a profound appreciation for how thoughtfully crafted homes shape the way we live.
As her family grew, so did her vision. Multiple custom builds followed—each one an opportunity to refine her understanding of architecture, functionality, and timeless design. From riverfront views to serene suburban landscapes north of Pittsburgh, every home became a chapter in developing her signature appreciation for creating spaces that feel both elevated and deeply personal.
Ashley’s design perspective evolved further through the world of large-scale renovations. Drawn to the potential within overlooked properties, she began acquiring distressed homes and transforming them through full-scale, top-to-bottom renovations.
Working closely with skilled contractors and trades, Ashley reimagined these homes with purpose and precision—turning neglected spaces into beautifully restored residences. These projects sharpened her expertise in construction, design execution, and the art of uncovering hidden potential.
After years of personally investing in, renovating, and selling homes, Ashley expanded her professional expertise by becoming a licensed Realtor. This strategic step allowed her to merge her design acumen with in-depth market knowledge—creating a rare and powerful advantage for her clients.
By combining real estate strategy with elevated design, Ashley began helping sellers maximize value through expertly styled, market-ready homes while also guiding buyers to see beyond what is and envision what could be. This distinctive approach continues to set her apart in both industries.
What began as a passion cultivated from a home office evolved into the launch of a full-service luxury design studio. As demand for Ashley’s expertise grew, so did her vision for a collaborative, inspiring space where creativity and client experience could thrive.
The opening of Ashley Wozniak Design Studio marked an exciting new chapter—bringing together a talented team, a thoughtfully designed studio environment, and a place where clients could experience the design process in a truly elevated way. Today, the studio serves as the heart of the brand: a creative destination where exceptional spaces begin.
Today, Ashley leads a thriving full-service interior design firm dedicated to creating beautifully curated spaces tailored to each client’s unique lifestyle and vision. With Ashley’s hands-on leadership, discerning eye, and exceptional team, every project is approached with intention, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
From concept to completion, Ashley Wozniak Design Studio is built on the belief that extraordinary design is not just about how a home looks—it’s about how it feels, functions, and transforms the way you live.

"Ashley has such a gift in understanding and implementing beautiful designs. As someone who works full time, and is too busy and overwhelmed to run around looking at samples from store-to-store, Ashley just KNOWS what looks best. She takes all of that time-consuming guess-work out of the equation, which is so valuable to me."
"The Guesswork is Gone!"
- Albert
"I appreciate Ashley's ability to work with both of us when there were competing views. I proposed an alternative after seeing an initial design and layout preferred by my spouse. Ashley deftly incorporated the style I was seeking and was able to seamlessly intertwine it with an earlier design, keeping us both happy in the process."
"Ashley kept us both happy."
