Ashley grew up in the Pittsburgh area, graduated from college as an All-American Tennis Player and was an elementary teacher for six years. In 2011, Ashley stepped away from education after starting a family with husband, Andrew. With three beautiful children at home, Ashley built three custom homes, flipped distressed properties, designed for clients and holds her real estate license. Now that her children are school aged, her attention to the business has transitioned to full time.
In 2023, Ashley opened her Design Studio in Wexford, PA where she focuses on creating functional and beautiful spaces. The Studio also serves as a meeting place with clients to discuss details of their unique projects. With over 14 years of experience in design, Ashley is ready to assist clients with anything design related including: space planning, furniture selections, kitchen/bathroom remodels, new builds or even a single room refresh. Ashley believes creating a functional and beautiful space doesn't need to be overwhelming – sometimes the simplest changes can make a big difference.
As the daughter of a trim carpenter, Jennifer's passion for interior design was ignited at a young age. Growing up in her fathers' workshop and on construction sites, these experiences taught her the importance of trades working together and how critical clear communication and organization are to each project.
A former fitness instructor and mother of four amazing children, ages 21-10, Jennifer appreciates how families needs change over time, and that quality design can grow with you. Jennifer, with her husband Michael, built two custom homes and renovated many more over the years. Jennifer is passionate about creating neat and functional spaces that evolve with families throughout their journey. She loves bringing new energy to an old space and helping clients to fall in love with their home again.
As someone who would scour the family home for décor to decorate her own room, Kelly’s love for beautiful spaces began at a young age. All things home continue to make her happy, and she believes your home should not only reflect your life and family but be the place you feel most comfortable and proud. Before graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas in El Paso with a BBA in Marketing, Kelly was the President of the American Marketing Association and represented the United States in the Mrs. World competition of 1996.
She pursued a position with Ferguson Enterprises to use her business background to help people design their dream bathrooms and kitchens, eventually being recruited by the Human Resources department. Retiring from Ferguson five years later, she went on to become the West Coast Area Recruiting Manager, leading a small team in an office out of Phoenix, AZ. After some time devoted to being a stay-at-home mom, Kelly joined the Ashley Wozniak Design team where she has had the opportunity to bless others with beautiful spaces. She strives to make homeowners feel comfortable and proud of their space.

My passion for everything HOME started here... We got married, built our first house and found out we were pregnant! A husband, house and baby girl on the way. What a year!
The next phase in our neighborhood opened and I talked Andrew into building again! We bought a lot with a view of the river and moved into our second home as a family of four. I really thought this would be our forever home.
With nine years of construction, designing and decorating experience, I decided to start my own company. I bought distressed properties, partnered with contractors, and turned these unlivable houses into beautiful homes.
We loved living near the city, but I always said, "My heart is in the suburbs." Time to build again! We bought a lot with a calming view, big sky and beautiful sunset. I swear, this is our "forever home"... well, maybe, I do love new construction!
I'm making my passion for everything "HOME" my work. I'm designing for clients, always looking for my next investment property, and a real estate agent, affiliated with Coldwell Banker.

"Working with Ashley was a wonderful experience. She listened and truly understood our wants and needs. She helped me see our space in new ways that were both functional and stylish. I could not have updated our main living space, primary bedroom and bathroom without Ashley's expertise. The end result is stunning!"

"Ashley has such a gift in understanding and implementing beautiful designs. As someone who works full time, and is too busy and overwhelmed to run around looking at samples from store-to-store, Ashley just KNOWS what looks best. She takes all of that time-consuming guess-work out of the equation, which is so valuable to me."
"The Guesswork is Gone!"

"I appreciate Ashley's ability to work with both of us when there were competing views. I proposed an alternative after seeing an initial design and layout preferred by my spouse. Ashley deftly incorporated the style I was seeking and was able to seamlessly intertwine it with an earlier design, keeping us both happy in the process."
"Ashley kept us both happy."
