I’m Ashley Wozniak, founder and lead interior designer of Ashley Wozniak Design. When I opened our Wexford studio in 2023, I wanted it to be more than a place to work. I wanted to create a space where clients could slow down, see the possibilities for their homes more clearly and make every decision with one trusted design team beside them.

Today, the studio is the heart of our full-service interior design firm. It is where floor plans unfold across the table, material palettes begin to take shape, cabinetry finishes are compared in real light and the smallest details are considered in the context of the entire home. This journal feels like the perfect place to welcome you inside.

A Working Design Studio – Not Just a Pretty Space

Our studio was designed to support the way we actually work. The shelves, drawers and sample walls are filled with the materials we reach for every day: cabinetry doors, wood finishes, tile, stone, hardware, wallpaper, fabrics, trims, rugs and window treatment options.

On any given day, one end of the conference table may hold a soft, layered furnishing palette while the other is covered with countertop samples, cabinet finishes and hardware for a kitchen renovation. Nearby, our team may be reviewing a floor plan, refining a rendering or organizing every selection needed to move a project forward.

The beauty of this space is not simply how it looks. It is what the studio allows us to do: bring every part of a project into one room, study how the details relate to one another and give our clients the clarity to make confident decisions.

Why the In-Studio Experience Matters

Good design is rarely about choosing one beautiful item. It is about understanding how every choice works together.

A cabinet color can shift beside a countertop. A wallpaper pattern can feel completely different once its scale is seen across a larger surface. The undertone of a fabric may only become obvious when it is placed next to the rug, wood finish and paint color intended for the same room. These relationships are difficult to judge from separate tabs, small swatches or a camera screen.

In the studio, we can layer those decisions in real time. We can compare, edit and refine until the palette feels cohesive – not only within one room, but across the home as a whole. That process helps prevent disconnected selections and costly second-guessing later.

It also gives our clients something incredibly valuable: one place to make decisions and one team protecting the larger vision. You should not have to coordinate five different vendors to create a beautiful home. Our role is to connect the details, guide the process and keep the project moving toward a result that feels intentional from beginning to end.

Kitchen and Bath Design

With in-house cabinetry expertise and access to thoughtfully selected cabinetry collections, we guide kitchens and baths from space planning through the final details. Cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, hardware, lighting and finishes are considered together so the completed room feels cohesive and functions effortlessly for everyday life.

Furnishings and Whole-Room Design

For furnishing projects, we create the full visual story of a room through layouts, furniture, lighting, rugs, textiles, artwork and accessories. We manage sourcing, ordering, delivery and installation, then complete the transformation with the final styling that makes a space feel finished.

Renovations and New Construction

For larger renovations and new homes, we become part of the process early – reviewing plans, refining layouts, developing the material direction and coordinating design details with builders, contractors and trades. Making these decisions with the entire home in mind creates continuity from room to room and helps protect both the vision and the investment.

Hunter Douglas Window Treatments

As an in-studio Hunter Douglas provider, we help clients select window treatments that support the architecture, light, privacy needs and design of each room. From professional measuring to ordering and installation, every step is handled as part of the overall design experience.

Real Estate Design and Staging

We also bring a designer’s perspective to buying and selling. Thoughtful staging can reveal a property’s strongest features and create an immediate emotional connection, while design guidance can help buyers look past what a home is today and understand what it can become.

From the First Idea to the Final Styling

Every project begins with a conversation. Before we discuss a color palette or a single piece of furniture, we want to understand your goals, your routines, what is not working and how you hope your home will feel.

From there, our team develops the design direction and carries it through each phase: space planning, material and finish selections, furnishings, renderings when needed, procurement, ordering, contractor coordination, delivery, installation and styling. Because those pieces are guided by one team, each decision is made in the context of the whole project rather than in isolation.
